Due to increasing fuel and airfare costs, a "surcharge" may apply.

A $799.00 Non-Refundable Deposit will reserve your spot on the tour.

Prices will vary according to area of departure, due to mileage, fuel and tolls. Please contact us for exact pricing.

We welcome all types of bikes and our prices are based on a standard size motorcycle. Motorcycles with sidecars and trikes will be charged accordingly.

Balance on tour must be paid in full 45 days prior to motorcycle pick-up and transportation.

We offer payment plans.

Cancellation Fees:

1. A full refund or tour credit will be provided if Remington Tours cancels your tour (Remington Tours is not liable for any and all additional costs or losses incurred from cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of god.

2. Cancellation of a tour reservation prior to 45 days before start of tour will be given a full refund less the $799.00 non-refundable deposit.

3. No refund will be given to any customer who does not show up for a scheduled tour or who miss portions of any tour.

Remington Tours reserves the right to accept or deny any individual or party participating in a tour at Remington's discretion (i.e., Medical Conditions, Lack of Experience, Lewd Behavior, Foul Language, etc.)

Motorcycles must be properly maintained to participate.

Verbal agreements or modifications to terms and contracts are not valid unless confirmed in writing and signed by both parties.

Remington Tours itineraries are subject to change or revision; including substitution of lodging, sites visited or route changes (due to circumstances outside of our control.)

Remington Tours is not responsible for typographical or printing errors.
